Jack had no right to touch Santa Claus at all

Jack appeared at a toy store at Christmas time with Mini where he physically attacked Santa Claus. Just because Santa Claus won't sit Mini on his lap because she's Japanese, Jack attacks him. It just doesn't pay to get physical with Santa Claus, does it?
