Andy's body, does that mean Andy's soul gets transferred into the chucky doll?

My understanding is no. Rather, it means that Andy dies and then his soul goes to either Heaven or Hell depending on what God decides.

Yeah I think when Chucky said close your eyes and count to seven you'll be in heaven. Also Jennifer Tilly was possessed by Tiffany and she didn't live long enough to confirm of she went into the doll. Yet her eyes open and Tiffany talks in a gentle way so it's hard to tell
