would it have been better if doc and marty surviving all of this

resulted in the future of the world being made into a better place. like marty goes on to make music that effects the world (like bill and ted) or doc makes another invention that helps people/society in a great way?

I think that would ruin the moral of the entire franchise, which is to live your life to the fullest in the present. Stop regretting the past, and worrying too much about the future. Doc's ending speech about "Your life is now, and the future is unwritten" (paraphrased) was a perfect ending.
