My TiVo cut off the end of the show!

Season 10, episode 229, "Vaya Con Dios"
Jack was arguing before the Supreme Court that the only rights we have are the ones we can defend. At issue was whether the US could prosecute a Chilean general for the murder of a young American. Can anyone tell me what SCOTUS decided?

Your TV didn’t cut off, the episode ended on an ambiguous note, we didn’t see what the court’s decision was. A great episode but I didn’t like how they left it unresolved and never revealed what the decision was in any future episode, even though McCoy prosecuting the colonel was referenced once in an episode where McCoy was the DA.
