Creepiest use of Jennifer Rush's "The Power of Love" song I have seen.

Especially with how it was featured in one of the most depressing and disturbing final denouement scenes I've seen.

And to a smaller extent, the use of Meat Loaf's song "Piece of the Action" also qualifies.

And lol at this one review I've read that wrote it was "Celine Dion", yes in the 90s she covered it but in the 80s it was always a Jennifer Rush song and this film was released in 1989.
