Probably one of the only 80's teen nerds who was also a football players. Yes, I know this was technically released in the 90's, but I figure 1990 was still, for all intents and purposes, part of the 80's.

Leonard's prom dance can only be topped by Crispin Glover's in Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter.

Who doesn't enjoy a good genital punch now and then?

It was shot in 1989 so, yes, it was definitely still the 80s.

And I agree that Leonard's dance was amusing. Actually the entire flick is creatively written and hilarious.
