They're both pretty hot.. if you ignore Lowell's awful 80s-hair in her first scenes. I'm usually not a fan of women cutting their hair short, but in this case, it's a great improvement.
Plus they both look like, well, women. Kinda athletic, but without any exaggerated muscle-tone, no fake plastic titties.. they both totally lack that plastic, barbie-doll look of so many of today's screen-hotties.
Carey. Generally speaking I like longer hair on women but Carey’s look in LTK, short hair and athletic body, was to me very very sexy. As Greg says she’s more the type of woman you’d want to spend your life with but if I won one night with either Carey or Talisa (in their Bond Girl days) I might well have picked Carey. The fact that her character can handle herself the way she does is icing on the cake.
Don’t get me wrong, Talisa has her appeal too. “I love James so much.” Don’t we all?
Just viewing the film again tonight, and agree with the comments that both are quite stunning, but cannot agree which one is better. Those were the days when women were actually shapely and attractive in films. Now their bones would be standing out.
Watched this again last night. No contest on the women. Carey Lowell is the hotter of the two. She is absolutely gorgeous in this movie (after the haircut). Stunning eyes, amazing body. Talisa Soto is very pretty, but she has very polarizing latino looks - you either like that or you don't. Bond made the right choice at the end.
