Whinielle killed Nicole Simpson?

Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were killed in 1994 the same year as the Next Karate Kid. Whinielle was suspiciously absent during the events of TNKK…. did he have an alibi? Ronald Goldman was a black belt and had bruises indicating a karate fight and Whinielle not being a “real” black belt (since his belt was stolen) had motive to use a knife to even the odds.

My theory is that Simpson told Whinielle she wanted to “go Dutch” and Whinielle flew into a rage… since he was always a hot head (as confirmed by Terry Silver).

Did OJs defense council ever bring in Whinielle to testify?

Whinielle framed the Juice and tarnished his legacy while Miyagi fled California to distance himself from the circus (“Daniel-san. This not tournament.”). It’s a shame Cochraine and the team couldn’t connect the dots as a good man’s reputation lay in tatters.

Do you think Whinielle could have been convicted?

I imagine his defense would be "If the pants don't fit you must acquit."

Can imagine the spectacle of Whinielle trying to fit into his denim cut offs.

Darden and Clarke would’ve bumbled the case while his lawyers would’ve played up the anti Italian discrimination angle. If Silver had lent his advice to DA William Cole over some Tuesday evening poached salmon, it might’ve made a difference.

Well it just makes sense. Whinielle was probably pissed off that Nicole wanted to “go Dutch” so he killed her and their waiter in a fit of rage.

We know Whinielle was experiencing financial difficulties after the bonsai shop failed and Miyagi escaped to Boston leaving Whinielle holding all the business debt and unpaid taxes so he was under financial duress and snapped when faced with paying half the bill at the pricy Brentwood restaurant.

“This guy’s dead. Hey, you’re dead, man!”

Whinielle had a long history of anger management problems, snapping on innocent people without provocation (Bobby on the soccer field, the hospital receptionist and even Mr Miyagi). The high school should have recognized the warning signs back in ‘84 and had him institutionalized. Poor Nicole and Ron might still be alive.

Johnny Cochran (referring to Whinielle's pants)

"If the pants don't fit, you must acquit - they look like shit, so that's it."
