I read somewhere about a sequel/Rick Moranis' return to the role, a couple of years back, but so far, there's been nothing.

I'd rather that Moranis had returned to Ghostbusters, or was part of a Parenthood reunion, because now that Marcia Strassman has sadly passed away, a Honey, I Shrunk the Kids reboot might feel a little bittersweet.
