Tina is a terrible character.

*beep* her.

She is definitely one of the most obnoxious characters of all time, in any movie. That giggle, lilting sing-song voice, prancing around...she is awful!

reply

Nought Michael would have killed tina in the car since he seemed quite annoyed with her.

reply

awwww i liked her 

i've got feelings too, ya know - inbetweeners

I liked her as well. she was stupid and annoying at times but she was kind and she never did anything wrong and she also sacrificed herself for Jamie when Michael tried to stab Jamie and she jumps in front of him getting stabbed in the process. I didn't want her to die but she died a hero unlike other people in this movie.

I loved Tina!

I loved Tina's nip slip 😝

The War has only begun, will you defend your destiny?

To be fair, she was being practical: there was no evidence Michael was alive. He was shot like a dozen times at the end of the previous film and fell down a mine shaft which was blown up with dynamite. Any rational person would assume he was long gone and Jamie was just suffering paranoia. Not to mention there was no proof he was killing at that point--no bodies were found. In fact, the first confirmation anyone has that Michael is still alive other than Jamie and his victims is when Tina discovers her friends' bodies in the barn. Before that, there is no indication he's out roaming around and she would have no reason to assume he was other than the say-so of a young, mentally-disturbed child and an eccentric doctor.

reply

Yeah nobody knew about him still being up and about until then. I personally liked Tina. She was sweet and although a bit bubbly overall cool. She was like a sister to her friends stepsister, and always showed concern for Jamie. She just wanted to go have fun with her friends nothing wrong with that- the first time I saw the movie I was disappointed with her death

Don't worry Tina wouldn't go near you with a ten foot pole, or in your case 2" - lol j/k, I thought she was a mindless bimbo myself.

In theory, I do like the idea of the best friend taking over the lead girl spot instead of the virginal good girl. But yeah, Tina sucked. I think it's mainly the actress, whose apparently just as shrill and obnoxious in real life

I saw her in a TV movie about the Beach Boys and she was quite good in that, playing a character completely opposite of Tina in this movie. So I don't think she's a bad actress at all

If they were going to go that route, then maybe instead of Tina, it should've been Lindsey Wallace, since she was already there in Halloween 4.

I liked Tina, despite her annoying traits at times. At least she had some personality, unlike other characters in the series.
