In episode "Homer's Triple Bypass," Ned referenced the Richard Simmons workout videos while praying at the hospital where he was roomies with Homer. Why did he skip Volume 3?

It was just a joke implying that he watched them so often that he picked up on some supposed nuances that made 3 somehow inferior.
