Satan rules!

I was having a hard enough time swallowing that real satanists would graffiti the inside of a tunnel like drunken teens. But when I saw that one, I lost it!

Cheesy fun from the satanic panic of the 80's. A guilty pleasure for sure.

Perhaps that was just some kids who did that graffiti?

Personally, I found the beach scene really creepy, and that ending, eeekkkkk.

reply

It could have been kids, but being that this is a movie about satanism, I thought it was sort of implied that it was linked to the satanists. And it was in the tunnel that they used.

reply

Yeap, on looking back I reckon you are dead right!

My thought was, "that's supposed to scare someone away?" Most men's room walls have far worse.

They only performed their human sacrifice there once a year at the winter solstice, not to mention late at night. This left the entire rest of the year for delinquent youths to hang out at the remote caves, smoke pot, drink and spray-paint ee-vil graffiti on the walls of the cave.
