I've probably watched it 7 or 8 times.
It's one of my two favourite films. In some ways it's not easy to watch it over and over again, it's almost too intense.
Countless times... In fact, I have it on now in the background.

I have to build up to watching it as i know i'll be crying for most of the second half! Still seen it about 20 times or so i would say..
shareTwice in the cinema,thank goodness it was not dubbed,several times on TV through the years. I have just decided to order the DVD so I can watch it whenever I want,I'm currently listening to the soundtrack as I type this.
Ennio Morricone is a genius,his soundtrack made this a wonderful movie.

watched it for the fifth time today. I watched it my first time at age 13.
shareFirst time I saw it I was in Hong Kong in 1993, lost count since then how many times I watched it, but must be about 6 or 7 times with today being the first time I saw the 3 hour version. It is one of the most brilliant films created.
I watched the 2 hour version about 8 months ago, it was then that I learned there was a longer version, because the dvd sleeve had stills that were from the film but which were scenes that were not in the film. I then found the 3 hour version on VHS a couple of weeks ago in a charity shop
