Does anyone know where the real Lanford Lunchbox exterior is?

I know that exteriors of the house, Lobo, church, etc. were all filmed in Evansville, Indiana, and you can find info. about each place online. But I can't find anything on where the Landford Lunchbox is supposed to be. Maybe somewhere in California, since it made an appearance later in the show? I know it wouldn't be a real restaurant, but it would be fun to visit!

it MIGHT be in Iowa? that's where Tom and Rosie were going to build theirs before they broke up. (House I think DID get built, not sure about the diner?)
it's a pretty non-descript place for a roadside diner. the roof sign was obviously an early photoshop job.

I can think of half a dozen similar looking places here just in Misery that John could have seen, if not eaten at, had he any input to that part of the show. so seeing a similar storefront up in Iowa would be no big deal.

I think it was the restaurant that was built called 'Tom and Roseanne's' and opened for business. It was their house that was never finished.

I hated the "sandwich" on that sign—it was clearly not a loose meat sandwich at all! It looked more like an sausage biscuit. LOL.
