Any other fantasy films for adults?

I love this film. But it seems to belong to a very rare genre: the adult fantasy.

Do any other grown-up 'R' or PG-13/UK 18 or 15 rated films featuring fantastical elements exist? Not including horror movies (and although this film features a few horrific elements, it's not really a horror).
