Unrated Version??

While I was browsing random 80's movies, I noticed there were 2 versions on dvd of this movie, one from anchor bay which is an R rated 94 minute version and a another which says its 95 minutes from Front Row Video, what's the difference? a misprint? a typo? Hopefully someone will know...
