Recycled joke.

There is a scene in this movie where Phoebe Cates' character is all heartbroken while driving. She keeps switching radio stations, but every station is playing some heartbreak song. She rips the stereo right out of her car, presumably while still driving, and throws it out the window.

The same thing happened with John Cusak in Better Off Dead.
