I would have to go with sea of love. Both similar type movies
I haven't seen Sea of Love, but I am sure that it's a hell of a lot better than this film.

I saw Sea of Love once, definitely dont remember much and wouldn't watch it again. James Woods was on fire in Cop, loved watching him.
