Better than the 1st in this regard

The first works hard to establish the whole "fish out of water" storyline, which audiences eat up (hence it's used a lot) but this one doesnt treat Foley as an "out of town poor black man" and Beverly Hills isn't treated as some sort of mythical town, oozing richness.

It's a cop buddy movie and it's extremely well shot and stylised.
