One of Eastwood's Worst

Based on the concept, I actually was really excited to watch this one being an Eastwood fan. Hate to say it, but this is honestly one of his worst directed movies. Everything about it was so dull and outdatted that it doesn't hold up well at all today. Even for the time it was released, it's a really supbar and uninspiried war film with one of the worst climatic battle scenes I've ever seen in a movie. Such a shame that it's so bad since I normally love Eastwood, but could only recommend only his most diehard fans giving this one a watch.
