I was going through my old tapes and on the end of one was this movie! What a trip back in time! However, the tape runs out just as the bears enter the evil-red-guy's lair and, as much as I hate to admit it - I want to know what happens!
Can someone tell me please? Especially in regards to True/Noble Heart - do they return at the end or is the last we see of them chasing evil-guy's shadow?
MY mother also taped it for us and i think they end up strugguling and the bears all get in cages and such and then christy sorta knock some sense in the evil guy and then the building collapse and they all get safe and they have a ahppy ending ^-^

Unfortunately Dark Heart finds this out and turns them into crystals. Then the children come in and Kristy helps Noble and True Heart defeat Dark Heart but Kristy gets injured in the process. It takes the Care Bears, children and Dark Heart to admit they care to get Kristy back. Dark heart in admitting he cares rids himself of the evil and becomes a real boy! When the evil leaves the cave collapses but everyone gets out ok...
shareI just watched this for the first time in many MANY years. I was really surprised at how much of it I remember, but then again I remember everything it seems. I reallly liked the song at the end ("Forever Young") and the song during the montage where the cubs grew up. ("Growing Up"). I've been taking a trip down memory lane lately. I watched some old movies I used to love as a kid including "He-Man and She-Ra: Secret of the Sword", "My Little Pony Movie", and I'm trying to find "Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer" but so far no luck. Anybody agree that overall the 80's had awesome kids movies?

shareI was born in 82 and I think most will agree that the best kids shows and cartoons came out of the 80's. Its so weird when you talk to others your age and conversation slips to things like, "Hey do you remember that one cartoon?" It really makes you realize how big an affect cartoons have on kids, which it what really scares me considering the kind of crap they feed kids today.

Right after they've been discovered with the key,Dark Heart remains in his snake form,snags one of them,and tells the other two to hand over the key or they'll loose a member of their family/aka he'll kill the one he's got ahold of.
One of them offer themselves up,but not before slipping the key to the one behind him,the one that's wrapped up wriggling out,running to the other's cages.
Dark Heart goes after them,captures two of them,leaving the other one to run outside because he heard John,Dawn,and Christy coming,and ran to warn them.
Also Dark Heart turns the Care Bears into crystals,but he does something more sinsister maybe to the two he's caught.So,what do you think?But answer this...

In the end of the movie Dark Heart says that he wants to stay at the camp and make sure that everyone becomes camp champ. So I assumed that he stayed there as a councelor and of course dated Christie. He obviously really liked her!
