Oh, I'm sorry, I overlooked your post. I saw the original post and skipped to the end because that's what I'm used to doing. You don't have to be so harsh about it lol.

It's okay, I'd get annoyed too, but I used a different email for this account so I never get those email alerts.
shareMy favorite flick of the 80's would have to be The Shining
shareUnderrated? WEll since I haven't seen it listed.. then OBVIOUSLY..
Rad (1986).. aka Karate Kid on a BMX bike.. and DEFINITELY underrated (hasn't even gotten an el cheapo no features full screen laser disc copy dvd release.. much less a decent one).
BUT.. aside from RAD.. hmm..
Well.. someone mentioned Sleepaway Camp 2, 3.. granted.. the twist at the end of the first was just so out of the BLUE.. but I can't see Felissa Rose doing the broad comedy that Springstein busted out in the sequels.. they're just plan sheer fun... PS: am glad she's coming back for the new one.. although, this thing has been done filming for TWO years now, what's the holdup?
but..
The Sure Thing (great film.. maybe not underrated but NOT the first that comes to mind for msot people).
Halloween 4 (seems to NEVER get the respect it deserves.. I STILL think its far and away the best sequel of the series.

Slime City was a good one.
Does anybody remember a slasher from the early 80s about some deformed man that lived in an abandoned house in the woods who kills neaby teens at a camp.
In one part of the movie the teens are sitting around a camp fire and one of them tells the urban legend of the story and sort of makes fun of the killer and then some older guy stands up and starts yelling an apology to the monster/killer so that he won't come and kill them. It was extremely corny.
To name a few:
1. I Madman
2. Something Wicked This Way Comes
3. Clue
4. The Gate
5. The Blob
There are so many movies it is hard to name a few you know! I loved a lot of the 80's movies that you do not see in todays movies. I loved the cheesiness of the 80's!
