Why remake excellence?

Really. Why not remake films that turned out not to be as good as they could have been? Furthermore, Hollywood film and television remakes are rarely as dark as the British originals.

had to remake excellence normally so used to remaking total Krap be nice to see how they can shrink 6 hours into 90 mins and give it a happy ending

I didnt know the movie was a remake. What a disappointment.

Because they wanted to make some money. So they dumbed it down and turned it just another typical revenge story. The Hollywood remake's crap.
