It's fairly easy in 19th century England to be able to build a replica of a pyramid inside a warehouse.

No one goes to the warehouse district of London at night, no one. It's completely vacant. Therefore, no one would notice some sword brandishing Ancient Egyptian look alikes chasing after some young kids.

Schools don't have any problem with a "scientist" flying amateur built aircraft off of their roofs, specifically after multiple attempts that could have resulted in decapitation or crushing death of a student let alone the teacher.

No one thinks any different of someone walking around a busy street in a heavily cloaked outfit in Victorian England during the daytime.

well its winter time thats why cult members got away with wearing "heavy" white hooded cloaks out in public.

other british people in the movie were too busy to notice. Plus pretty sure a white hooded cloak was thought to a winter coat anyway
