For some reason, I thought of DiCaprio's Romeo and Juliette...

Nick blast two into Morgan's dad. Frankie at this point is over Nick and would no doubt cooperate with the police, but does she or Morgan or anybody at the hospital bother to involve the authorities? Nope. So when Nick kidnaps Frankie, of course you don't call the cops. You have an old fashion battle where Nick dies, Morgan is the hero, and you still don't call the cops. Instead, you go dancing! LOL!

It almost feels like an old ancient story or something. Where once upon a time there is an honor code on how to settle disputes, no cops, no authorities. Except, the story is adapted to modern times in 1985. The only thing missing is the Shakespearian dialogue. Sorta like Leonardo DiCaprio's modern version of Romeo and Juliette. I know that's not the intention of the director of Tuff Turf, but it makes me think of that. All that dancing and singing too. It's an accidental "artsy" movie. LOL!
