Prototypical of cheap sci-fi movies during that era was some hot naked scenes... If Helen Hunt had done that, this movie would have been considered a classic.

I doubt it. But if she appeared nude, it would probably be more notorious, especially after Helen won an Oscar.

Yeah. Best Actress for 1997's AS GOOD AS IT GETS. Don't think I've ever actually sat down and watched that, though.

If she had, would it live up to your expectations? She's an actress, not a nude model.

Just saying, sometimes there's something to be said for leaving things to the imagination. For all I know, she may have had the bod for it. But that's what's nice about the clothes staying on... we can all dream. ;-)

Actually it's kind of surprising there wasn't any nudity in this one, given that it was a Band movie. They are usually uninhibited about shedding some actress clothing, from what I've seen.

If you are that interested she gets topless in The Waterdance if I remember correctly (it's been like 15 years since I've seen it) and pretty dang naked in The Sessions. Both are acttually pretty good movies as well.
