Is this available on Blu-ray?

I've had the DVD for several years, and while watching it the other day I began wondering if it was now on Blu-ray.

The only Blu-ray is an overpriced Spanish Non-US format on Amazon.

Are there any plans to make this available in HD? "Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters" is a very visual film, and would benefit enormously from a Blu-ray release.
