What is the horror (multiple story) movie that has a man being attacked by a bunch of mini army men (including a shooting helicopter)? I thought it was in Cat's Eye, but I just watched it (still as good as I remember) and that story wasn't there. Any idea what I am thinking of? (and no I am not thinking of Toy Story :))
actually it was a episode of the obscure 80's series "The DarkRoom"
I remember that show, and that episode. Scared the crap out of me (of course, I was just a little kid). I seem to remember one more involving a voodoo doll. Can anyone enlighten me?
However, "Battleground" in Nightmares and Dreamscapes is the one the OP was thinking of.
Falcon, the movie you are thinking of is called "Trilogy of Terror". The third story is the one with the voodoo doll (it's actually an African tribal doll).
Yeah. Trilogy of Terror is a great film. It'll always be remembered for that sequence with the Zuni fetish doll. But I recently discovered on YouTube the episode of Darkroom I remembered with the voodoo doll, entitled "Needlepoint," starring Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs from "Welcome Back Kotter" and Esther Rolle from "Good Times." EDIT: That video also contains the episode with the little army men that people were talking about above. It's called "Siege of 31 August" and stars Ronny Cox from RoboCop and Ahhhhnold's Total Recall. Interestingly enough, it may have been inspired by King's "Battleground"; the episode hit the airwaves in 1981, and that short story was first published in 1972.
dannygarcey and dsb-6 both answered the OP's question, but your post made it seem you thought dsb-6 was commenting on dannygarcey's post. I was just clarifying that they were both independent of one another.
