WHY ALL THE HATERS!!!??!!...

Does anybody wanna discuss how GOOD this film is? yeah you haters can go on your rants and whatnot about how you hate it, but i'd like to say I LOVE THIS FILM!!!!

It was so refreshing to see this film.I've heard good and bad things over the years and having only just finished watching it tonight (in 2011) this film is as relevant and thought provoking as it was in 1985. I can't think of a film that has come out this decade with this much depth, creativity and originality.

The dream sequences were immense and at the same nightmare-ish. The style of the film was superb. The way Gilliam portrays the the system and the dull world in which these humans must live.There was something very Metropolis about Brazil, which I relished.

Any thoughts on this guys??

Well, it is a rather kooky thing that I would think was meant to have a pretty limited audience. I can see its appeal but there's lots of aspects of it that just aren't my thing. I don't hate it, but I really don't like it.

But to be fair to Gilliam, I really like 12 Monkeys. Although I couldn't stand the fisher king. Just couldn't stand it.

The movie makes people think. It's not spoon fed to them, so they hate it.

I love this movie. One of my all time favorites.
