Anyone know the name of the actor that Jackson (Steve James) fought?

Toward the end, there's a muscular guy who runs and kicks the gun out of Jackson's hand. The two then proceed to get into a fight which involves fist fighting, wrestling, and dirty tactics including a number of low blows.

He's the big guy. You'll know the one I'm talking about. At first, I thought it was Bolo Yueng, but when I got a good look at the guy's face, I saw that it wasn't him. I clicked on the names of all the guys listed as "bodyguard" thinking that he might have been one of them, but they were pretty much all extras who had never acted in a film before and never would again. A guy as big as the dude that fought Curtiss, I thought for certain that he would have had a number of other bit parts in movies like Delta Force or Bloodfist. You know, the cheaply made martial arts and/or military movies.

If anyone knows the name of the guy, it'd be appreciated.

Damn, no word eh?

reply

More than likely, just a glorified Philippino extra.

reply

I'm surprised that he didn't appear in the credits. They could have had him as "Muscular Terrorist" or something.

reply

Yeah, he did deserve a credit.

reply

Always figured he would've appeared credited as "Numbnuts".

Cuz that is one of the funniest damn moments in film history, in my opinion. My cousin and I to this day still quote the "Sawww!", right before Jackson palms the guys jewelsack til it cracks between his fingers. The look on the Philipino's face is dead-hilarious. "Awwwwww!"

reply

I was thinking this the other day....I wonder who he was?

reply

Why does he have to be a Terrorist? Just because he fights against yanks doesnt make him one..

reply

ANY HUMAN BEING FOOLISH ENOUGH TO FACE THE SUPERBEING THAT IS CURTIS JACKSON DESERVES A CREDIT!
