I've noticed that many of the animators responsible for this cartoon have spanish surnames, it surely can't be a coincidence. Does anyone know if this means some of the animation was completed outside England?

Some episodes were animated outside the UK.

Cosgrove Hall collaborated with Alfonso Productions in Spain. Must explain the improvement in animation after Danger Mouse.
