HA, just discovered something in the food scene

Can't believe I never saw this before, but when Nigel is carrying on about the refreshments (bread and cold cuts don't match, some olives are stuffed and some aren't), there's a plate of split-open Oreos next to him.

Ohmygod, I never saw that before. "One tray full of Oreos, split open." Coming right up, lads.

What little gems did you discover upon repeat viewings?

I always assumed that the Oreos had come in their regular state and that Nigel had split them open, licked off the cream, and put them back on the tray, because... well, because that seems like something Nigel would do, lol.

The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those that speak it.

reply

Ha, just as likely!

Nigel would never split open Oreos. He would have someone else do it.

He's a professional he'll rise above it.

Nigel-" I've been working with this for half an hour..."
And he's folding the meat and folding and breaking the pumpernickel bread...:)

Derek trying to fire up the very non-reactive crowd during Sex Farm. When Nigel first experiences the feedback/interference, Derek is raucously clapping his hands above his head, which occurs moments after we see the crowd's reaction to the song.

Many remarks go by so quickly that I missed them on my first five (or ten) viewings.

In the early scene as the band walks out of the airport, David asks, 'Is this La Guardia?"

I always missed that before. Now I crack up. Didn't he look at his freakin ticket. LOL Or didn't he listen to the announcement upon landing? Pretty likely that the Flight Attendant said, 'Welcome to JFK International airport."
