What year was this supposed to be?

I didn't recognize any of the fashions. They remarked that the Cleveland Cavaliers had like a 48-game losing streak. The cans of beer had pull-tabs, I don't think they had those in the 1980's...

Also, I swear a lot of the cars were 1980's...
