Gun on poster?

In the poster Ramsey is holding the gun that can shoot the heat seeking bullets.
Bu he never actually has the gun in the film its Luther that has this gun, unless in the copy i have its been cut out cos i never see him with it once.

Its just a fun promotional picture for the poster

Yeah i figured was probably the case, just a bit misleading and disappointing he never got to use that gun in the film.
