Debbie introduction scene ?

I noticed that the scene in the shop with Debbie is abruptly cut when she and Phoebe go through the changing rooms ? was it like that originally in theaters cause I checked both DVD/BD copies and they are the same.

The cut is very badly done and so obvious because the song playing in the background skips.

What was in the last changing room that made them cut it like that ?
