The three girls in this

It's interesting if you look at the three girls who get shipwrecked on the island (Caroline, Helene and Dorothee) how 2 of the 3 went on to long film careers, while the one who is mostly the lead did very little

Monica Broeke (Caroline) - the lead in this, only appeared in two films. This, and another David Hamilton directed picture that came out the same year, A Summer In Saint Tropez.

Emmanuelle Beart (Helene) - 68 credits, still acting. Most of her work has been European, but known to Americans as Claire in the first Mission Impossible movie (1996).

Anja Schute (Dorothee) - 42 credits, most recently in a TV episode in 2019. Also appeared in a few other David Hamilton movies (Laura, Tender Cousins).

All three were attractive, but it's odd that Hamilton cast likely the least skilled actress as the lead. I guess she had that "flower of youth" appearance he favored. But I thought the other two did as well. I'm not surprised Monica Broeke didn't have a long film career, she's not very compelling on screen.
