A young appearance of Andrew Paul (Dave Quinnan) in Scum (1979)

I was watching it for the first time the other night and this guy turns up with a very familiar face, voice and walk. So surprised to see the actor who played Dave Quinnan from The Bill. I watched him for sooo many years in that show.
