Vigilante or Deathwish

I seen the second to fourth deathwish but never saw the first deathwish. At this time deathwish is a little high compare to other modern movies. The movie Vigilante has been recommended to by people who like deathwish should i get vigilante on deathwish. Since i'm big fan of vigilante/action films would this be good pick.

Although Vigilante is derivative of Death Wish, it's got a strong cast, a couple of great scenes, and a raw and gritty feel. Not a bad movie overall, but Death Wish is a more memorable, and in some ways, a more realistic (not on the whole) movie. I'll take the 1974 classic.
