Not so much best lines, but funniest to me: Apollo yelling at Rocky not once but twice, one time in the boxing ring while they are sparing, and when they are racing on the beach. Apollo yelling, "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" is hilarious.
