Was anyone else here ripped off by Conlan Press?

Well, I've officially waited over a year. Back in the beginning of January, 2009 I (and supposedly some one-hundred other people) purchased through Conlan Press the "Special Edition" Deluxe Last Unicorn hardcover, which included three handwritten pages, a personalized autograph, and a hand-drawn unicorn sketch.

I still receive their newsletter, and when I contacted them recently for more information about my copy, they were quick to reply and assured that it had been completed and would be mailed within a week.
I've been given the run around countless times now, and still have received nothing for my money.

Has anyone here had a similar experience? Is there anyone out there that has actually received their book?
For the record, I've spoken multiple times with Connor Cochran and he and everyone else has been very friendly and understanding. However, I strongly caution anyone who's thinking of purchasing anything at all through conlanpress.com. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I don't know where else or who else to contact in regards to this. I'm just hoping to hear from other fans you've been dealing with the same thing.

10 years as of yesterday, July 2, 2016. Still waiting for the 8 CD Audio Book of The Last Unicorn and Two Hearts, Sequel to The Last Unicorn. I did receive the Autographed Trade Paperback that was part of the original order.

Have written to Connor so many times I've lost count. Have e-mail after e-mail to various employees at Conlon Press. Back on March 15, 2016 I received an e-mail from Connor saying how they have "been trying to contact you" to the same e-mail address(s) I have used since the original order. He then actually called me later that morning from somewhere in Washington state where he lives(?) and told me the "story" about Peter. He then offered some artwork that lists for $100 (that included a Certificate of Authenticity) on his Conlon Press site as well as a strip of 3 frames of movie stills ($24) a pencil drawing. He did send it but it's still not what I originally ordered.

After all this time I doubt that I will ever receive the CDs or Two Hearts.

I shall wear purple and conjure midnite margaritas!
