Was she killed by Ganz. After Luther is shot you don't see her anymore?

Yes, I get the sense she and Luther were disposed of once Ganz and Billy ditched the bus.

She was being held as ransom over Luther. Once Luther got the money and was shot dead by Ganz, she would hold no more value for Ganz. Once we see Luther get shot, I think it's safe to assume that her days are numbered. We never see her again after the bus incident.

In the script she's still with Billy in his room at the end of the film just before Reggie shoots him. Dunno why.

They should have stopped being lazy and shot that scene. I hate when they leave open ends like they did in the film.
