Greatest line ever!

I don't know about anyone else, but when I need to laugh, I think of Dom Deluise shouting at the gay, "Okay *beep* what's next?"

I laugh every time I hear it. There are so many great lines in this film, but I find that this one tops all others. Any thoughts?
