So, who was the shadowy figure that reanimated the female hitchhiker?

It could be another one of the dead people. Maybe Dobbs makes them part of the ritual of resurrection, like they pass it on to others. Or the shadowy figure could be Dobbs re-entering the room, I forget exactly how it plays out.

I could have been the wife, the waitress or Lisa. Anyways they only had it in there to throw the audience off so they wouldn't always suspect Dobb.
