Note to future generations: It was finally officially released on blu-ray in 2018. (edit: though apparently there were some changes from the original cut, surely due to licensing issues.) And it includes a 2-hour making of documentary which I assume was made for the blu-ray and is virtually worth the price of admission on its own.
