How Would The Werewolf In This Movie Fare With the Werewolves From The HOWLING??

I love both American Werewolf in London and The HOWLING and feel the HOWLING is always grossly overlooked in favor of this movie, but in the end, the Werewolves in The HOWLING were literal monsters the stuff nightmares are made of and the transformation from "Eddie" took it's sweet time and was in no hurry to end and of course Dee Wallace was awesome as always
