Young viewers of Gilliam films

I love Gilliam and suspect that my young (5yo) daughter would also (she loves physical humour and beautiful images, so Gilliam is an obvious go-to). But when would you start a youngster into Gilliam films? I'm thinking Time Bandits first but what do you think is a comfortable age?

My six year old son has watched Time Bandits several times and absolutely loves it; it helps that he's read about Robin Hood, Greek mythology, etc, in his children's books, as knowledge of those narratives gives the film an anchor for him. I think Time Bandits is a perfect place to start for a child, and 5 or 6 is about the right age to watch it. (Come to think of it, I was a similar age when I first saw the film back in the early 1980s.)
