What was the top speed of the 1980 Trans Am's?

What was the top speed of the 1980 Trans Am's? I know that by 1980 practically every car's speedometers went up to 85mph

Not very fast. I think they topped out around 110 if that. Those models were too heavy and underpowered

I was really dissapointed that they've had to use the 301 turbochargers for the 1980-81 Trans Am's to replace the 400 and the 403 V8's, I've always considered 1979 to be the last great year of the classic Trans Am's.

I think turbo adds like 60mph to your top speed though, so if the speedometer goes up to 85, then top speed would be 145mph
