Kill or Be Killed on DVD/VHS?

Anyone know why this movie isn't available on DVD or VHS? Are the rights to it in dispute? It's sequel, Kill and Kill Again, is available. I saw this movie with some friends way back when it was in theaters and would like to have a copy. I've got my fingers crossed that the Encore Action Channel will show it someday so I can as least record it.

I don't think Region 1 DVDs were ever released for either Kill or Be Killed or the sequel Kill and Kill Again. Both movies are available on VHS and I have copies, but don't ask me to burn copies for you or to sell them to you. That isn't my thing.

It's on youtube to watch anyway.
