similar movie

been trying to find the name of this movie that's similar to this, tho the babysitter or live in babysitter had curly dark hair and a mole on her lip, i think she tried to kidnap the kids by taking them on a boat or canoe on a lake. think it was made in the late 70s or early 80s. anybody know what it's called? thx
