I just figured something out…

Straker killed Mike’s dog at the cemetery. Straker went to the cemetery to subdue Mike as a means for food to give to Barlow. But, Mike wasn’t there because he went to pickup the delivery (Barlow) with Ned. I think Barlow went to Cully’s and Bonnie’s residence to kill Cully. Cully had messed up the agreement by not going to Portland. Then, the two that went screwed up the instructions by leaving the bulkhead and other doors unlocked. Ralphie was abducted by Straker when Straker couldn’t get Mike. Crockett was just collateral damage. Also, he had a heart attack right away after encountering the horrible looking Barlow.
